What if I don't like it?
Then you don't pay the rest of it. Half starts the build; the other half is only due after you've talked to your own avatar on a private link and said yes. If you say no, we stop there and you owe nothing more.
What if it says something I wouldn't say?
That's the risk that actually matters, so it's the part we're most careful with. It speaks from the material you give us. Asked something outside that scope, it says so and points to your email instead of improvising.
Do my visitors have to use a microphone?
No. Voice is the point, but there's a text input right there — same avatar, same answers. Which matters, because plenty of people land on a website from a locked-down laptop or an open-plan office.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot is a text box. This is a 3D model of your face and voice, lip-synced in real time, that a visitor can interrupt mid-sentence and push back on. The honest way to judge the difference is to go and interrupt the live one.

You're a small studio. What does that mean for me?
The person who reads your email is the person who writes the code, so nothing gets lost in a handoff. It also means we take a small number at a time and we are not a support org. That trade is why setup starts at $490 rather than at an enterprise price with an enterprise apparatus attached to it.
